how much does it cost?

Hotel bookings are always free!

A non-refundable upfront planning fee applies to any services outside of hotel and cruise bookings. Since we design each trip to perfectly fit your needs, your official quote will be provided after the initial discovery call.

do you book flights?

We can - but since we specialize in the on-the-ground experience, accommodation and activities, we advise clients to independently arrange their flight bookings.

Many of our customers choose to book their own airfare for several reasons:


• Booking flights independently gives you the power to choose airlines, routes, and schedules that align with your preferences.

• You can use promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs that aren't available through our agency.

• Travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Booking your flights directly enables you to streamline communication between you and the airline, ensuring a direct line for any inquiries, changes, or concerns related to your flights, without the need for any middlemen.

will i pay more if i book a hotel with you?

When you book through us, the hotel cost will typically match same cost as booking independently in almost all cases. Occasionally, there might be a marginal uptick in expenses, but trust us, the extra investment is usually minuscule compared to the benefits coming your way, often providing hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of perks.

However, if you'd rather stick to the standard rate without the added perks, no worries – we can still secure your reservation just the way you like it.

what if i've already booked my hotel?

Just forward your itinerary to yvan@jauntagency.com and we’ll do a “takeover” booking. This means we'll be added as the travel agent to your reservation and can sprinkle some VIP perks from our global hotel network. All at no extra cost to you!

what type of travel can i book with you?

how much time do you need to plan my trip?

When it comes to crafting your perfect getaway, time is your friend.


The timeline for planning your trip is a bit like a fine wine – it depends on various factors such as your destination, the complexity of your itinerary, the popularity of where you're headed, and whether it coincides with peak travel times (holidays, special events, etc.).

The more time we have, the better we can tailor your trip to your preferences, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable travel experience that’s uniquely yours.

For international travel, we recommend giving yourself at least 3-6 months to plan, while for domestic trips, starting 8 weeks to a few months ahead is ideal.
Trips initiated with less than an 8-week lead time may incur a rush fee.
